The following business affiliate arrangement is agreed upon between the signatory parties.

The sponsor, will build and host a Sexy in Black Leather and Lingerie Boutique website or other approved Boutique website store for the affiliate member. This service will include a full service online store with attached shopping cart. The Sponsor agrees to pay the affiliate member percentages as outlined below in the agreement. The affiliate member will be notified of each purchase made in the affiliate’s Sexy in Black Leather and Lingerie Boutique, by email and will also receive a full sales receipt for each purchase.  Affiliate Commission Payments will be mailed by check at the 1^st of each month for balances of $25 or more. Balances of less than $25 will be carried over to the following month until the minimum payment balance is achieved.  The sponsor agrees to ship all products purchased in the affiliate’s Sexy in Black Leather Boutique and handle all customer service matters.

The affiliate member agrees to promote Sexy in Black Leather and Lingerie Boutique products through his or her website and/or by any and all means preferred by the affiliate member. There are no minimum dollar amount sales requirements; however, an average minimum of one sale per month is required for maintenance. After three consecutive months without any sales, the affiliate sales center will be considered inactive and will be disbanded.

Profit Center Options are as follows: Affiliate should Check and Initial any or all profit options that are desired for placement in his or her Sexy in Black Leather and Lingerie Boutique. Only the leather and lingerie products are required. All other products are optional and may be included or deleted at the affiliate’s preference and upon approval of the affiliate sponsor.

*Options items must be reviewed and approved by the affiliate member before inclusion
Note: Net Sales refers to sales price of products, excluding shipping, taxes and any applicable chargebacks.

Signatures indicate above terms are understood and agreed upon. This agreement is not binding beyond the stated terms or for any specified length of time. Either party may cancel this agreement without indemnity on thirty days notice. The sponsor reserves the right to withdraw from the agreement without notice or obligation if just cause is warranted. Signatures of Agreement are noted below.
